HackTheBox Crypto Challenge Bank Heist

Crypto challenges have one thing for sure that decryption takes place using an algorithm which is used to encrypt that data.

For any HackTheBox Challenge you need to first look for the Files that can be downloaded or Start instances with a given port on docker.hackthebox.eu and for any zip file first password is always hackthebox.

So, I downloaded the zip file and unzipped it with password "hackthebox" and a Bank Heist txt file is there.

HackTheBox often consist of clues that can really help in understanding what needs to be done.

So, in this challenge we get to know that

You get to the scene of a bank heist and find that you have caught one person. Under further analysis of the persons flip phone you see a message that seems suspicious. Can you figure out what the message to put this guy in jail?

The clue says about an old fashioned Flip phone. So, I used an image to convert these available numbers in the txt file and get an output. Or you can also use your coding skills for conversion.

Now, the hint says that all of them are alphabet. It means the algorithm have some connection substitution of the words. So, I researched on Google and get to know about ALPHABETICAL SUBSTITUTION.

Now, after this you just need to try out different combinations and you will get a Flag.
